Q: Can I reserve a vehicle for 1 or 2 hours?
A: Most reservations require a minimum of 4 – 6 hours. However, depending on vehicle, date, time, and location. *Exceptions may be available.

Q: Do you provide alcohol?
A: By law, we are not allowed to provide alcohol of any kind. However, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol onto the vehicle as long as you are 21 or older.

Q: Can I see the car in person before I make a reservation?
A: Unfortunately, due to logistic limitations, we cannot offer in-person viewings. However, we would be happy to provide ACTUAL Interior and Exterior photos of any vehicle that we have available for your reservation.

Q: Do you provide the driver?
A: Yes, all reservations include a professional and licensed driver.

Q: How far in advance should I reserve?
A: All vehicles are available on a first come first serve bases, so we recommend booking as soon as possible; especially for high demand seasons, such as prom and homecoming.

Q: What do I need to make a reservation?
A: A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to process the deposit. The deposit is 20% of the total reservation cost (minimum $200).

Q: What payment method do I need?
A: We accept all major credit / debit cards.

Q: Is tip included in the rate?
A: While tipping your driver is customary, the amount is at the passengers discretion and is NOT included in our rates.

Q: When is my balance due?
A: The remaining balance (the total reservation cost less the deposit ) for most reservations is due and will be automatically processed to the card on file 1 – 2 weeks prior to your reservation depending on season.

Q: Where will I be picked up and dropped off?
A: Pick up and drop off location is at the discretion of the customer. We customize all reservations to the customer’s preferences.

Q: Is there a limit on miles and stops?
A: No, our rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees or additional charges for extra stops or mileage.

Q: What if we don’t want to make stops?
A: A continuous reservations with out stops is an available option. This type of reservation is referred to as a “touring service” and may be subject to additional charges.

Q: Do you offer a Military Discount?
A: Yes, to show our appreciation for our troops, we do offer a discount for active military and veterans. Please call us for details and restrictions.

Q: What comes in the vehicles?
A: All limousines and party buses are equipped with assorted accent and special effect lights, AM/FM stereo, auxiliary input, flat screens, and a refreshment center that is stocked with ice, cups, and bottled water.

Q: Are we allowed to smoke in the vehicle?
A: No, all vehicles are NON-SMOKING and a cleaning fee will be assessed and collected for any violation of this policy.

Q: Can we bring our own music?
A: Yes, however, we do suggest bringing your own auxiliary cord to ensure device compatibility.

Q: Do you offer “transfer” or pick up and drop off services?
A: Transfer services are available. Limitations and restrictions may apply.

Q: What if we are running late at the end of our reservation?
A: All reservations allow a 15 minute grace period. Once 15 minutes has been exceeded, additional charges will apply.
